Shaw’s Crab House welcomes wines from Paul Hobbs on Tuesday, September 23. Concept Wine Director Kevin Bratt and Executive Chef Partner Justin Diglia will craft a seasonal, seafood-focused menu thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Paul Hobbs wines. We are honored to host Douglas Marello, MS as our esteemed guest of honor and speaker for the evening.
The dinner is $175 per person plus tax (gratuity not included). The experience will start at 6:00PM with a passed drinks & appetizer reception with dinner following promptly at 6:30PM. Dinner will be hosted in the Club Room at Shaw’s Crab House Schaumburg.
