The small boat fishery brings us the highest quality red king crab the world has to offer from the Barent Sea of the far north Atlantic.  Closer to the North Pole than it is to Paris, these extreme conditions are the perfect ecosystem for crab and fish wildlife. Leroy Seafood, a Norwegian seafood pioneer since 1899, fish for Red King Crab along the coast of Norway 11 months out of the year.

Our team expertly presents your crab tableside, accompanied by Shaw’s signature mustard mayonnaise and cocktail sauces. This experience is available nightly for dine in only at Shaw’s Crab House Chicago with limited quantities each evening.
