Meghan Galvan, my catering manager, was a total pleasure to work with and the celebration could not have turned out better. I admired Meghan's professional and friendly approach to planning the event with me. She always returned my phone calls and e-mails promptly. I greatly appreciated her suggestions for items such as how and when to serve the appetizers, when speeches should be given during the event, ceiling prices for all drinks, and which wines to serve. Meghan also works effectively with the staff at Shaw's. In spite of many of my family arriving early, the staff work diligently to prepare the room and it was totally ready before the start of the event at noon. The food and drinks were all delicious and the pace at which the three courses were served was excellent. I have had so many of our guests comment on what a wonderful time they had and how lovely the overall event was.
