Meghan Galvan, Shaw’s Schaumburg and Tokio Pub

Meghan has been with Shaw’s Schaumburg & Tokio Pub for the last few years but is no stranger to the Lettuce Entertain You family. While starting as a host at the age of 17 with Wildfire Schaumburg, she continued her love for the business throughout her college years. Before Shaw’s she assisted in opening a family run restaurant, which was a huge eye-opening for her and further developed her drive to be part of the restaurant industry.

Prior to becoming a full-time private dining and events managers, Meghan spent time assisting the office, running the Sunday Brunch buffet, making her an extremely versatile and well-rounded member of the team. Having spent time in many different areas of the restaurant, she has found that private dining suits her best. She loves the relationships she creates with her clients, using her attentive listening skills and ability to make guests feel comfortable and taken care of.

When outside the restaurant, she devotes her time to her beautiful daughter, Gianna, and her husband Jose. Meghan is a huge fan of Italian food and spends a lot of time cooking at home. She is also her family’s go-to event planner for all social occasions.

Erin Juache, Shaw’s Chicago

Erin got her start with Lettuce Entertain You as a server at Wildfire Chicago, which is also where she met her husband. During her time there and working private events at Osteria Via Stato, she realized what she really wanted to be doing was planning private events. She loves focusing on the inner details and how they all come together to become a wonderful guest experience. Having grown up in the northwest suburbs, Shaw’s Schaumburg holds a special place in Erin’s heart. She loves connecting with folks from the area and helping them create a lasting memory, whether it be for a wedding or corporate occasion.

In their spare time, Erin and Gabriel can be found bumming around the city of Chicago with their dog, Penny, or traveling all over the United States. They’re always on the hunt for new places and new experiences. While they have their favorites, new restaurants, festivals, exhibits and concerts take priority over places they go to on a regular basis.
