This event is sold out. Stay tuned – Shaw’s Crab House – Chicago will be offering a special chef’s dish from each of the 4 guest star chefs ( Chef Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde, Chef Stephen Gillanders of S.K.Y., Chef Erling Wu-Bower of Pacific Standard Time, and Chef Arnulfo Tellez of Shaw’s Crab House) for one week throughout the month of October. This will run until Thursday, October 31 while supplies last. Dishes to be announced soon!
To kick off Oyster Fest, Shaw’s Chicago will host a Chef Series dinner on October 1 at 6:30 PM with four of Chicago’s top chefs including Chef Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde, Chef Stephen Gillanders of S.K.Y , Chef Erling Wu-Bower of Pacific Standard Time. and Chef Arnulfo Tellez of Shaw’s Crab House. The four-course dinner features a dish from each of these chefs and beverage pairings by Shaw’s award winning sommelier Kat Hawkins. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Vibrant For All, which “helps people achieve mental and emotional wellbeing with dignity and respect.” In addition to supporting a great cause, this special dinner also celebrates the 2019 Oyster Hall of Fame Inductee J.P. Shellfish. The dinner is $79.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Space is limited, book your ticket here.
