Shaw's Crab House is famous for Alaskan Red King Crab Legs (Order Online), Pacific Dungeness Crab, Maryland Style Crab Cakes, Lobster Bisque, Whole Maine Lobster, Prime Steaks and Homemade Desserts. Sushi Chef Naoki Nakashima creates wonderful nigiri and sashimi combinations as well as exquisite maki creations. Fresh Crab of any species is our passion, as you can see.

Shaw's flies in Seasonal Seafood daily and to preserve its flavor we fillet the fish on premises as needed, never in advance. Whether you're sampling the fresh fish, regional Oysters or slicing into a Prime New York Strip Steak the experience is exceptional because at Shaw's, quality is our primary commitment.

Seafood is synonymous with Shaw's, because our seafood buyers source the freshest catch from the ever changing markets throughout the year. For example, all of Shaw's fresh Salmon is caught wild in their pristine natural habitats.

Shaw's relationships run deep within the fishing culture of seagoing families up and down the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and throughout the Gulf of Mexico. In one extreme case, up the Alaskan seaboard, the oystermen hand-crank their headsets once a week to get the orders in for Blashke Island Oysters. A day or 2 later and they're being shucked at Shaw's for you.
